Composition Lesson Diary

Today we have rehearsed 'Counting stars ' by One Republic. Overall i have learnt about the structure to the lyrics and how the melodies can throw a vocalist off if they are out of the beat. I managed to sing the whole time but unfortunately this left my throat incredibly sore and i will probably not do that again since i will need my voice to continue. If i could practise anything i would practise the end chorus in to the last verse since i either came in late or came in to early. Another thing to practise would be keeping my voice in the right key and not letting my voice slip to a different note.
